Cancellation Policy
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:
We understand that sometimes appointments need to be changed or canceled. We kindly ask that you provide at least 48 hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment slot.
If you need to reschedule your appointment kindly give us 72-hours notice and we can arrange new time and date for you at No-Cost.
Appointments canceled less than 48 hours in advance may be subject to a 75% cancellation fee. The amount of the fee may vary depending on the length and type of service booked.
No-show appointments, where clients fail to arrive for their scheduled appointment without prior notice, may also be subject to a 75% NO-SHOW fee of the booked service.
For New Clients : Non-Refundable Deposit is required.
